Model HPRV High Pressure Relief Valve

The Model HPRV is an angle body valve that holds a bubble-tight, closed position until pressure reaches an exact set point. At an exact set point, the pin buckles and the valve opens in milliseconds for immediate pressure relief. Relieves pressure to prevent pump, hose and system damage on frac fluid systems – ideal for pulsating pressure.

• Set Pressure: 7,000-15,000 Psi
• Accuracy: + / – 8%
• Connections: Standard 1502H X 1502T connections available.
• Seals: Available for high & low temperatures, HNBR standard. Fluid compatible seals.
• Standard Materials: Forged AISI 4130, Forged body with stainless-steel trim. Other materials are optional.
