GLOBE CONTROL VALVE
The globe valves are linear motion valves that start, stop and regulate fluid flow in pipelines.
The GFlo globe valve excels in delivering superior performance for both liquid and gaseous services. It distinguishes itself with user-friendly attributes, offering easy, quick, and cost-effective maintenance. GFlo’s spring-cylinder actuation ensures precision in positioning, a strong response, repeatability, and controlled high-speed movement, setting it apart from diaphragm-operated valves.
It features a reciprocating plug and a stationary seat, allowing for accurate control of flow rates.
Based in USA & India, MASCOT is the world-leading Globe Control Valve Manufacturer, takes pride in itself for delivering high-quality and reliable valves worldwide.
Our globe control valves feature certain typical body designs such as: 2-Way and 3-Way Valves, Angle Pattern Globe Valves, Y-Pattern Globe Valves, Jacketed Globe Valves and Z Type Globe Valves.
MASCOT exports its products globally and deals with various industrial applications in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Chemical, Pulp and Paper, Sugar, LNG etc industries.
Features
- Exceptional Shutoff: The valve uniquely combines spring force, fluid pressure, and supply air pressure for exceptionally tight shutoff.
- Non-Galling Design: MASCOT GFlo features two top heavy-duty stem guides within the bonnet which eliminates contact between the plug and retainer keeping galling issues at bay.
- Ease of Maintenance: Top entry design with clamped-in seat and clamped in actuator ensures that the maintenance is swift and easy.
- Spring Cylinder Actuator: The MASCOT field reversable spring cylinder actuator offers higher accuracy, higher stiffness, better repeatability, lower hysteresis, and more thrust elevating the overall control valve performance.
- Trim Combinations: Various trim combinations ranging from micro-flow to full capacity are available in Equal Percent, Linear and Quick Open as a standard. Trim upgrades are easy and economical as the flow is characterized by the plug contour and not the cage.
- Severe Service: Anti-cavitation and noise reduction trims can be easily installed within the same body assembly as the standard trim.
- Deeper Packing Depth: The standard bonnet is suitable for up to 400°C (750F). The packing set includes a lower viper packing followed by a spacer and then the upper packing which keeps the upper packing area clean, and the added length allows for a higher temperature range for the packing.
